羊膜带综合征1例及文献复习

Amniotic band syndrome:a case report and literature review

对1例羊膜带综合征的产前超声结果、临床表现结合文献进行分析。该胎儿经产前B超发现一纤细光带绕过右手掌,右手畸形、水肿,双下肢畸形,心脏室间隔缺损、右心室壁增厚。引产后见胎儿右手有两处不对称缩窄环,左足拇趾截肢伴羊膜带粘连,胎盘近脐带插入处可见羊膜带。产前B超发现胎儿畸形及局部光带缠绕,结合产后胎儿临床特征可确诊羊膜带综合征。

The prenatal ultrasound results and clinical manifestations of one case of amniotic band syndrome are analyzed combined with literature.B-ultrasound show a thin light band around the right palm,deformity and edema of the right hand,deformity of both lower limbs,ventricular septal defect and thickening of right ventricular wall of the fetus.After induction of labor,there are two asymmetric constriction rings in the right hand of the fetus,amputation of the left toe with adhesion of the amniotic cord,and amniotic cord near the insertion of the umbilical cord.Fetal malformation and local light band entanglement are found by prenatal ultrasound,amniotic band syndrome can be diagnosed according to the clinical characteristics of postpartum fetus.
