老年抑郁症患者抗抑郁治疗对血糖、血脂及机体代谢的影响

Effects of antidepressant therapy on blood glucose,blood lipid and body metabolism in elderly patients with depression

目的:研究老年抑郁症患者抗抑郁治疗对血糖、血脂及机体代谢水平的影响。方法:2017年6月-2018年10月收治老年抑郁症患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组给予舍曲林药物治疗,观察组给予米氮平药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胆固醇及三酰甘油水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施药物抗抑郁治疗老年抑郁症患者,能够改善患者血糖以及血脂水平,促进患者机体代谢,有利于促进患者尽快康复。

Objective:To study the effects of antidepressant therapy on blood glucose,blood lipid and body metabolic levels in elderly patients with depression.Methods:From June 2017 to October 2018,68 elderly patients with depression were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with sertraline.The observation group was treated with mirtazapine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The blood glucose level 2 h after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The antidepressant treatment in elderly patients with depression,it can improve patients'blood glucose and lipid levels,promote patients'metabolism,and promote patients'recovery as soon as possible.
