三种侧卧位摆放方法对泌尿外科腔镜术预后康复的应用观察

Observation on the prognostic rehabilitation of urology endoscopic surgery by three lateral position placement methods

目的:探究三种侧卧位体位摆放方法在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法:2019-2020年收治实施泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者60例,按术中肢体摆放方式的不同分为三组,各20例。A组采用传统肢体侧卧位,B组采用被动卧位,C组采用功能卧位,比较三组临床效果。结果:C组患者满意度高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组术中平均动脉压及心律水平的稳定情况优于A组和B组,血氧饱和度水平低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组肢体摆放时间及术中出血量均低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用功能卧位肢体摆放方法可有效缩短术前肢体摆放时间,同时保持患者术中的生命体征平稳,提高预后康复速度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of three lateral position placement methods in urological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:From 2019 to 2020,60 cases of patients who underwent urological laparoscopic surgery were enrolled,they were divided into three groups according to the procedure of limb placement,with 20 cases in each group.A group used traditional limb lateral position.B group used passive position.C group used functional position.The clinical effects of the three groups were compared.Results:C group had higher satisfaction than A group and B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stability of mean arterial pressure and cardiac rhythm in C group were better than those in A group and B group,the degree of blood oxygen saturation was lower than A and B groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The limb placement time and amount of intraoperative blood loss in C group were lower than those in A group and B group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of limb placement in functional supine position can effectively shorten the time of limb placement before operation,keep the vital signs of patients stable and improve the recovery speed of prognosis.
