分析介入治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并左心功能不全患者心功能情况的疗效及优势

Analysis of the effect and advantages of interventional therapy on cardiac function in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease complicated with left heart insufficiency

目的:评价介入手术治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全的效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治冠心病合并左心功能不全患者100例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各50例。对照组采取常规治疗,研究组采取经皮冠状动脉介入手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效及心功能指标水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后左室射血分数高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径或收缩末期内径均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取经皮冠状动脉介入手术治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全患者,不仅可以获得显著的疗效,还可以有效改善患者心功能指标水平。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of interventional surgery on coronary heart disease with left heart insufficiency.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and left heart insufficiency were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the study group was treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function indexes between two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction was higher in the study group than in the control group,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter or end-systolic diameter were smaller than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous coronary intervention can not only obtain significant curative effect,but also improve the indicator levels of cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left heart insufficiency.
