无痛分娩对产程及妊娠结局影响的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of painless delivery on labor process and pregnancy outcome

目的:探讨无痛分娩对妊娠结局及产程影响的临床效果。方法:2019年1-12月收治无痛分娩产妇80例,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组采用无痛分娩,对照组采用常规分娩,比较两组产程和妊娠结局。结果:观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组妊娠结局比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:比较常规分娩,采取无痛分娩能缓解患者分娩疼痛感,缩短产程时间,降低产妇出血量,促进自然分娩。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of painless delivery on pregnancy outcome and labor process.Methods:From January to December 2019,80 patients with painless delivery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The observation group used painless delivery.The control group used routine delivery.The labor process and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the pregnancy outcome between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional labor,painless labor can relieve the pain of labor,shorten the time of labor,reduce the amount of maternal bleeding,and promote natural labor.
