腹针结合常规针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨腹针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2019年2月收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者140例,随机分为两组,各70例。对照组选择局部针刺穴位治疗,试验组应用腹针治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗2个疗程后膝关节疼痛情况及膝关节功能均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,具有确切的临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From February 2017 to 2019,140 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local acupuncture.The experimental group was treated with abdominal acupuncture.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After 2 courses of acupuncture,the pain condition of knee joint and the function of knee joint in the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a definite clinical effect.
