摘要
目的:探讨凶险型前置胎盘剖宫产手术中护理配合的应用价值。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治凶险型前置胎盘产妇46例,均实施剖宫产手术,并给予术中护理配合,观察产妇并发症发生率及新生儿存活率。结果:46例患者中,出现弥漫性血管内凝血1例,出现产后大出血1例,经抢救无生命危险,无1例子宫切除;共娩出46例胎儿,存活46例,存活率为100%。结论:术中护理配合应用于凶险型前置胎盘剖宫产手术产妇,能够提高新生儿存活率,降低手术并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the application value of nursing cooperation in caesarean section of dangerous placenta previa.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,46 cases of pregnant women with dangerous placenta previa were enrolled.Cesarean section was performed and intraoperative nursing cooperation was given.The incidence of maternal complications and neonatal survival rate were observed.Results:Of 46 cases of patients,1 cases had diffuse intravascular coagulation,1 case had postpartum hemorrhage,after rescued no life danger,with no case of hysterectomy.A total of 46 fetuses were delivered,46 survived and the survival rate was 100%.Conclusion:The application of intraoperative nursing cooperation in caesarean section of dangerous placenta previa can improve the survival rate of newborns and reduce the incidence of complications.
