摘要
目的:研究急性胰腺炎(AP)患者行个性化健康教育的价值。方法:2018年1月-2019年8月收治AP患者81例,随机分为两组。观察组采用个性化健康教育,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组自我监测评分、遵医行为评分、认知程度评分、定期复查评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病情知晓率及教育满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化健康教育能提高AP患者疾病知晓率、稳定病情。
Objective:To study the value of individualized health education inpatients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods:From January 2018 to August 2019,81 patients with AP were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The observation group used personalized health education.The control group usedroutine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of self-monitoring,compliance,cognition and regular reexamination in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease awareness rate and educational satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized health education can improve the disease awareness rate and stabilize the condition of AP patients.
