摘要
目的:通过对延边地区心源性猝死(SCD)高危患者家属相关疾病知识及急救技能的调查,针对问题靶点采取干预措施,提高SCD的一级、二级预防水平。方法:选取2019年9-12月首次住院并已确诊冠心病(CHD)的患者家属,作为调查对象,随机分为两组。两组均进行心肺复苏操作培训及相关疾病知识普及,对照组按传统方法宣教;观察组应用专家授课、微信平台、电话指导,进行科普宣传、咨询及援救指导。调查两组SCD相关知识及急救技能得分情况。结果:干预前,两组调查对象SCD相关知识和急救技能得分普遍较低;观察组干预后SCD相关知识和急救技能得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对CHD患者家属进行有效的相关知识及急救技能普及,可预防和减少SCD的发生,提高SCD的抢救成活率。
Objective:Through the investigation of related disease knowledge and first aid skills of family members of high risk patients with sudden cardiac death(SCD)in Yanbian Area,in view of the problem target,take intervention measures to improve the level of primary and secondary prevention of SCD.Methods:The family members of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)who were hospitalized for the first time from September to December 2019 were selected as the survey objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups received cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and knowledge popularization of related diseases,while the control group received traditional education.The observation group used expert teaching,wechat platform and telephone guidance to carry out science popularization,consultation and rescue guidance.We investigated the scores of SCD related knowledge and first aid skills of the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,the scores of SCD related knowledge and first aid skills of the two groups were generally low.In the observation group,after the intervention,the scores of SCD related knowledge and first aid skills were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:To popularize the effective knowledge and first aid skills to the family members of CHD patients can prevent and reduce the occurrence of SCD and improve the survival rate of SCD.
