高能电子用于PET瓶杀菌的研究

摘要 对比了高能电子不同能量(keV)对微生物D10测试结果的影响,测定了萎缩芽胞杆菌和短小芽胞杆菌的D10值。通过小试工作,筛选确定了采用高能电子外照射法对于PET空瓶进行杀菌时的能量(keV)和剂量(kGy),并进行了微生物挑战测试。在所建立工业化装置上,测定了目标瓶在高能电子处理后,目标瓶内壁各部分的剂量和杀灭对数值,结果表明,在选定的杀菌工艺条件下,使用高能电子对PET瓶进行杀菌,对指示菌芽胞可以达到6log杀灭对数值。 The effect of different energy(keV)of energetic electrons on the results of microbial D10 test was compared,and the D10 values of Bacillus atrophicus and Bacillus pumilus were determined.Through the small-scale test,the energy(keV)and dose(kGy)of sterilization of PET bottles by energetic electrons external irradiation were determined,and the microbial challenge test was carried out.In the established industrial device,the dose and killing Log Value of each part of the inner wall of the target bottle after energetic electrons treatment were measured.The results show that under the selected sterilization process conditions,the Killing Log Value of 6 log can be achieved for the indicator bacteria spore when the PET bottle is sterilized byenergetic electrons.
