战略机遇与路径选择:“一带一路”倡议下西部高校教育国际化的因应之道——以国际商务汉语专业为例

Strategic Opportunity and Path Selection:The Way to Cope with the Internationalization of Western Higher Education under the“One Belt and One Road”Initiative——Take International Business Chinese as an Example

“一带一路”倡议赋予高等教育以新的机遇与挑战,重新定位了高等教育的国际化发展格局。地处内陆及西部边境沿线的高校从“边缘”走到“中心”,成为共建“一带一路”教育行动的“主战场”。培养“一带一路”亟需人才,既是西部高校参与“一带一路”建设的历史使命,也是西部高校教育国际化的题中之义。西部高校的教育国际化,应以需要为导向,突破传统高校联盟的合作模式,创新构建多层级的留学生教育共同体,形成“合力”,推动和深化西部地区的高等教育国际化水平和“一带一路”建设进程。

“One Belt and One Road”strategy has given higher education new opportunities and challenges,and repositioned the internationalization development pattern of higher education.Universities along the inland and western border have moved from the“edge”to the“center”,become the“main battlefield”for the co-construction of“One Belt and One Road”educational action.It is not only the historical mission of western universities to participate in the construction of“One Belt and One Road”,but also the meaning of the internationalization of western universities education.The education internationalization of western universities should be oriented by needs,break through the cooperation mode of traditional university alliance,innovate and build a multi-level international student education community,form a“joint force”,and promote and deepen the internationalization level of higher education and the“One Belt and One Road”construction process in western regions.
