随着信息化时代的到来,在时代潮流、国家发展以及个体需求的综合作用下,强化高校网络育人工作成为建设网络强国的必由之路。实践中,高校网络育人工作面临着缺乏丰富的实践经验与充足理论储备的应用关、缺乏稳定的硬件条件与成熟软件的普及关、缺乏科学的标准体系与终身育人保障的质量关等诸多挑战。现实面前,应以习近平总书记关于网络强国战略的重要论述为理论指导,在方法论、价值理念和实践路径3个层面获得启示,籍其寻得破题之要。

With the advent of the information revolution,under the comprehensive action of the trend of The Times,national development and individual needs,network education in universities has become the only way to build a powerful network country.However,in the practice,the network education in universities is faced with the problems of lack of rich practical experience and sufficient theoretical reserves,the lack of stable hardware and mature software conditions,the lack of scientific standard system and the quality of lifelong education guarantee.In the face of the grim reality,with General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statement on the Internet Power Strategy as the theoretical guidance,we can get important inspiration from three aspects:methodology,value concept and practice path,so as to find the key to solving the problem.
