摘要
本研究以在职培训需求的视角,关注在国培、省培计划下,J省基础教育教师队伍发展问题。分析教师培训需求,有利于需求层次理论、在职培训理论的研究和运用;找出目前一线校长与教师的真正培训诉求,激发其专业发展动力,充分实现其自主性,为J省“国家教师发展协同创新实验基地”建设工作,调整教师培训管理政策、整体规划全省教师培训项目提供参考与依据。
From the perspective of on-the-job training needs,this study focuses on the development of elementary education teachers in J province under the national and provincial training programs.It is conducive to the analysis of teacher training needs and the research and application of hierarchy of needs theory and on-the-job training theory.To find out the real training demands of current front-line principals and teachers,stimulate their professional development motivation,and fully realize their autonomy,and provide reference and basis for the construction of"National Collaborative innovation Experimental Base for Teacher Development"in J Province,the adjustment of teacher training management policies,and the overall planning of teacher training programs in the whole province.
