摘要 高校培育产业创客的创客教育是伴随创新创业教育的实施而开展的。实施创客教育,培育产业创客,主要源于漫灌式的创新创业教育、点缀式的创新创业课程、运动式的创新创业大赛、碎片式的创新创业活动。短缺的创业导师及虚化的创新创业组织没有提升高校毕业生的创新创业素质,创业带动就业的倍增效应没有显现出来。培育产业创客就是要构建“理论学习、创意激发、技能培训、项目实践、融资对接到孵化落地”的全链条、全方位的产业创客培育体系,使创新创业及创客教育能走出理论说教阶段及封闭的教室、创客空间,达到理实结合、虚实一体、想做融合,让学生在“学习、思考、行动、致用、创造”中实现发展,从而发挥创业带动就业的倍增效应。 Maker education for cultivating industrial makers in colleges and universities is carried out with the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education.It is pointed out that the implementation of maker education and the cultivation of industrial maker mainly come from flooding innovation and entrepreneurship education,dotted innovation and entrepreneurship courses,sports-type innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,fragmented innovation and entrepreneurship activities,shortage of entrepreneurial tutors and illusory innovation and entrepreneurship organizations,which fail to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship quality of college graduates,and the multiplier effect of entrepreneurship driving employment does not appear.The idea of proposing the cultivation of industrial makers is to build a full-chain,all-round industrial maker cultivation system of“theoretical study,creative stimulation,skills training,project practice,financing and incubation”,so that innovation and entrepreneurship and maker education can go out of theoretical preaching,go out of closed classrooms,enter the maker space,and achieve the combination of theory and practice,integration of aspiration and reality.Therefore,we can develop students’ability through“learning,thinking,acting,applying and creating”,so as to accurately promote the high-quality entrepreneurship and employment of college students,and play the multiplier effect of entrepreneurship driving employment.
