API随访结果与哮喘治疗效果及肺功能参数的相关性

Correlation of API Follow-up Results with Asthma Treatment Effect and Lung Function Parameters

目的探讨哮喘预测指数(API)随访结果与哮喘治疗效果及肺功能参数的相关性。方法选取经临床检查确诊的126例哮喘儿童,依据API严格标准划分成阴性组(50例)与阳性组(76例),分别于治疗前及治疗1年后,采用统计学处理肺功能测定值;另选取47名健康儿童作为对照组。分析其肺功能变化。结果API阴、阳性组治疗前肺功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于对照组(P<0.05)。阳性组治疗1年后,其肺功能X5、Fres、R5、R20的值相比治疗前,有统计学意义(P<0.05),但R5-20值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阴性组患儿治疗前后肺功能值相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗1年后R20、X5、Fres测定值对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),但阳性组患儿的R5-20、R5值相比阴性组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。API阴性组哮喘控制率低于阳性组(P<0.05)。结论API阴性组在哮喘控制及肺功能改善上,好于阳性组,具有一定的应用价值。

Objective To explore the correlation between the follow-up results of asthma predictive index(API)and the therapeutic effect of asthma and lung function parameters.Methods One hundred and twenty-six children with asthma diagnosed by clinical examination were selected and divided into negative group(50 cases)and positive group(76 cases)according to strict API standards.Before treatment and one year after treatment,the measured values of lung function were statistically processed;another 47 healthy children were selected as the control group.Analyze the changes in lung function.Results The comparison of lung function before treatment in API negative and positive groups(P>0.05)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lung function X5,Fres,R5,and R20 values of the positive group were compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the R5-20 values were compared(P>0.05).The lung function values of the negative group were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05).The measured values of R20,X5 and Fres were compared between the two groups after 1 year of treatment(P>0.05),but the values of R5-20 and R5 in the positive group were compared with those in the negative group(P<0.05).The rate of asthma control in the API negative group was lower than that in the positive group(P<0.05).Conclusion The API negative group is better than the positive group in asthma control and lung function improvement,which has certain application value.
