外周血淋巴细胞亚群与免疫球蛋白检测用于小儿手足口病的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte Subsets and Immunoglobulin Detection in Children with Hand-foot-mouth Disease

目的探究外周血淋巴细胞亚群与免疫球蛋白检测用于小儿手足口病的临床价值,为临床医师制定诊疗方案提供参考。方法选取盘锦市中心医院诊治的手足口病患儿40例(时间段:2017年4月至2018年7月)作为观察组,选取同期进行健康体检的儿童40名作为对照组,对研究者外周血淋巴细胞亚群与免疫球蛋白进行检测,观察并分析检测结果。结果与对照组相比,观察组CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD4+/CD8+低,观察组CD3-CD19+高,P<0.05,观察组与对照组CD3+CD8+、CD3-CD56+对比,P>0.05。与对照组相比,观察组IgA水平、IgG水平低,IgM水平高,P<0.05。结论手足口病患儿存在细胞及体液免疫功能紊乱,通过外周血淋巴细胞亚群与免疫球蛋白检测,能为患儿的诊治提供依据。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin detection in children with hand-foot-mouth disease,and to provide reference for clinicians to develop diagnosis and treatment regimens.Methods Forty cases with handfoot-mouth disease in children diagnosed and treated in Panjin Central Hospital(research period:from April 2017 to July 2018)were selected as the observation group,and 40 children who underwent healthy physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulins were detected,and the results were observed and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,CD3+,CD3+CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+were lower in the observation group,and CD3-CD19+was higher in the observation group,P<0.05.The observation group was compared with CD3+CD8+and CD3-CD56+in the control group,P>0.05.Compared with the control group,the IgA level,IgG level and IgM level were high in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion Children with hand-foot-mouth disease have cell and humoral immune dysfunction.The detection of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin can provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of children.
