调强放疗同步化疗对复发性宫颈癌淋巴结转移的疗效 被引量:1

Efficacy of Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy Combined with Chemotherapy for Recurrent Cervical Cancer with Lymph Node Metastasis

摘要 目的研究调强放疗(IMRT)同步化疗对复发性宫颈癌淋巴结转移的疗效。方法于我院淋巴结转移的复发性宫颈癌患者中随机抽取68例,分为两组,对照组给予单纯放疗治疗,观察组给予IMRT同步化疗,对比两组疗效以及不良反应。结果对照组患者的治疗有效率67.65%,观察组患者的治疗有效率91.18%,两组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组放射性膀胱炎16例(47.06%),放射性直肠炎17例(50.00%),白细胞减少16例(47.06%)。观察组放射性膀胱炎18例(52.94%),放射性直肠炎19例(55.88%),白细胞减少18例(52.94%)。两组对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对宫颈癌复发淋巴结转移患者给予IMRT同步化疗,可有效提高临床疗效,且不良反应无明显增加,有利于延长患者生存期,降低患者病死率。 Objective To study the effect of intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)combined with chemotherapy on recurrent cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis.Methods Sixty-eight cases of recurrent cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with radiotherapy alone,and the observation group was treated with IMRT synchronous chemotherapy.Results The effective rate of the control group was 67.65%.The effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the control group,there were 16 cases of radiation cystitis(47.06%),17 cases of radiation proctitis(50.00%),16 cases of leukopenia(47.06%).In the observation group,there were 18 cases of radiation cystitis(52.94%),19 cases of radiation proctitis(55.88%),18 cases of leukopenia(52.94%).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion IMRT combined with chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with recurrent lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer,without obvious increase of adverse reactions,which is conducive to prolong the survival period of patients and reduce the mortality of patients.
