生化免疫检验中化学发光免疫测定技术的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析化学发光免疫测定技术在生化免疫检验中的应用价值。方法从2019年1~12月我院收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者中随机抽取60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。观察组患者采用化学发光免疫测定技术进行检验,对照组采用放射免疫检验技术进行检验,对比两组的检验结果,包括检验特异性、灵敏度、符合率及甲状腺球蛋白水平。结果观察组特异性、灵敏度及符合率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组甲状腺球蛋白水平为(690.23±72.46)ng/mL,对照组甲状腺球蛋白水平为(625.16±63.45)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用化学发光免疫测定技术对甲状腺肿瘤患者进行生化免疫检验,可有效提升检验结果的准确性和可靠性,提升检验数据的准确率,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。 Objective To analyze the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology in biochemical immunoassay.Methods From January to December 2019,the patients with thyroid tumors treated in our hospital,60 cases were randomly selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups,and the number of cases in both groups was 30 cases.The patients in the observation group were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay technology,and the control group was tested by radioimmunoassay technology.The test results of the two groups were compared,including test specificity,sensitivity,coincidence rate and thyroglobulin level.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate(P<0.05);the thyroglobulin level of the observation group was(690.23±72.46)ng/mL,and the thyroglobulin level of the control group was(625.16±63.45)ng/mL,there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology for biochemical immunoassay of patients with thyroid tumors can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of the test results,improve the accuracy of the test data,and provide reference for diagnosis and treatment.
