宫颈扩张双球囊和欣普贝生用于足月妊娠超低宫颈评分初产妇引产的临床效果 被引量:6

Clinical Effect of Cervical Dilatation Double Balloon and Simpson for Induction of Labor in Primiparas with Ultra-low Cervical Score in Full-term Pregnancy

摘要 目的探讨宫颈扩张双球囊和可控释地诺前列酮栓(欣普贝生)应用于超低宫颈评分足月妊娠初产妇引产的临床效果。方法选择2018年9月至2019年9月收治有引产指征的足月妊娠初产妇共93例,宫颈Bishop评分均<3分,随机分为宫颈扩张双球囊组(球囊组)46例和可控释地诺前列酮栓组(欣普贝生组)47例。观察两组的有效率、分娩方式、干预至分娩时间、总产程、产后出血量、产后发热、新生儿窒息、子宫过度刺激情况。结果球囊组阴道分娩率高于欣普贝生组,干预至分娩时间短于欣普贝生组,产后出血量少于欣普贝生组,子宫过度刺激少于欣普贝生组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组新生儿窒息率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在超低宫颈评分足月妊娠初产妇的引产中,宫颈扩张双球囊的效果优于可控释地诺前列酮栓。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical dilation double balloon and controlled release dinoprostone suppository(simpson)in the induction of labor in term pregnant primiparas with ultra-low cervical score.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,93 full-term pregnant primiparas with indications of induced labor were selected and randomly divided into cervical dilation double balloon group(balloon group)with 46 cases and controlled release of dinoprostone suppository group(simpson group)with 47 cases.The effective rate,mode of delivery,time from intervention to delivery,total stage of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum fever,neonatal asphyxia and uterine hyperstimulation were observed.Results The vaginal delivery rate in the balloon group was higher than that in the simpson group,the time from intervention to delivery was shorter than that in the simpson group,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the simpson group,and the uterine hyperstimulation was less than that in the simpson group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in neonatal asphyxia rate(P>0.05).Conclusion In the induction of labor in fullterm primipara with ultra-low cervical score,the effect of cervical dilatation balloon is better than that of controlled release of Dinoprostone suppository.
