摘要
目的探讨奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年7月至2018年7月医院收治的90例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为两组,各45例,对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用奥扎格雷钠治疗。分别于治疗前后检测两组患者的血液流变学指标、血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并评估临床疗效。结果两组治疗后的血浆黏度、血液高切黏度、血液低切黏度及血浆纤维蛋白原均较治疗前显著改善,且研究组改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清NSE、NO、SOD水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组血清NSE、NO水平明显低于对照组,SOD水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠能有效改善急性脑梗死患者的血液流变学指标,提高SOD活性,清除氧自由基,保护脑细胞,进而提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in each group.The control group were treated conventional treatment,and the study group were treated with ozagrel sodium on the basis of conventional treatment.Before and after treatment,the hemorheological indexes of the patients were detected,and the levels of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE),nitric oxide(NO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were detected,so as to determine the clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,plasma viscosity,high blood tangential viscosity,low blood tangential viscosity and plasma fibrinogen in both groups were improved,and the improvement in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum NSE,NO and SOD levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while serum NSE and NO levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while SOD levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxazgrel sodium can effectively improve the hemorheology indexes of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and improve the activity of SOD,remove oxygen free radicals,protect brain cells,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
