复肾汤联合高通量血液透析治疗慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期患者的疗效 被引量:4

Effect of Fushen Decoction Combined with High Flux Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Uremic Chronic Renal Insufficiency

摘要 目的探究复肾汤联合高通量血液透析治疗慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期患者的疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月我院收治的160例高血压合并冠心病患者,以等量数字随机方式开展分组,试验组应用复肾汤联合高通量血液透析方式进行治疗干预,对照组应用高通量血液透析干预方式开展干预,分析两组的临床疗效。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血尿素氮、血清肌酐及24 h尿蛋白定量水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用复肾汤联合高通量血液透析方式对慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期的患者进行治疗,有利于提升治疗效果,改善肾功能相关指标,治疗意义显著。 Objective To explore the efficacy of fushen decoction combined with high-flux hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with chronic renal insufficiency and uremia.Methods A total of 160 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into groups.The experimental group was treated with fushen decoction combined with high-throughput hemodialysis for therapeutic intervention.The group used high-throughput hemodialysis intervention to carry out the intervention,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quantitative levels of blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and 24-hour urine protein in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fushen decoction combined with high-flux hemodialysis to treat patients with chronic renal insufficiency in the uremic stage is beneficial to enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the related indicators of renal function.The therapeutic significance is significant.
