心理护理对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的作用

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Medication Compliance of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的了解心理护理对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的作用。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的70例精神分裂症患者随机进行分组,对照组患者给予一般护理,试验组患者开展心理护理。比较两组护理满意度,护理前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、服药配合性评分,以及患者的护理投诉率。结果试验组患者的护理满意度、PANSS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、服药配合性评分、护理投诉发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对精神分裂症患者实施心理护理的效果好,可减轻患者的抑郁和焦虑程度,并改善患者的精神症状。

Objective To understand the effect of psychological nursing on medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Seventy patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into groups.Patients in the control group were given general care,and patients in the experimental group were given psychological care.Comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores before and after nursing,the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,the depression self-rating scale(SDS)score,the medication compatibility score,and the patients'nursing complaints rate.Results The nursing satisfaction,PANSS score,SAS score,SDS score,medication compatibility score,and incidence of nursing complaints in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological care for patients with schizophrenia is good,it can reduce the patients'depression and anxiety,and improve the patients'mental symptoms。
