经桡动脉冠状动脉造影及介入治疗术的护理对策

Nursing Strategy of Transradial Coronary Angiography and Interventional Therapy

目的了解经桡动脉冠状动脉造影及介入治疗术的护理对策。方法将我院2016年3月至2017年11月收治的经桡动脉冠状动脉造影及介入治疗术治疗的70例患者随机进行分组,常规组患者给予一般护理,观察组患者开展全方位护理。比较两组护理满意度,诊疗时间、术后住院时间,护理前后应激相关指标(包括生理应激指标及心理应激指标),以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者护理满意度、护理后血清皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素、SAS评分、SDS评分、诊疗时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生率均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经桡动脉冠状动脉造影及介入治疗术治疗的患者实施全方位护理的效果确切,可有效缩短诊疗时间,减轻患者的身心应激状态,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间。

Objective Understand the nursing strategies of transradial coronary angiography and interventional therapy.Methods Seventy patients treated with transradial coronary angiography and interventional therapy in our hospital from March 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into groups.Patients in the routine group were given general care,and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care.Compare the two groups of nursing satisfaction,diagnosis and treatment time,postoperative hospital stay,stress-related indicators before and after nursing(including physiological stress indicators and psychological stress indicators),and the incidence of complications.Results The observation group's patient satisfaction with nursing care,post-nursing serum cortisol,norepinephrine,SAS score,SDS score,diagnosis and treatment time,postoperative hospital stay,and complication rate were better than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive care for patients treated with transradial coronary angiography and interventional therapy is definite.It can effectively shorten the diagnosis and treatment time,reduce the patient's physical and mental stress,reduce the occurrence of complications,and shorten the length of stay.
