护理干预对再生障碍性贫血患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Aplastic Anemia

目的探讨护理干预对再生障碍性贫血患者生活质量的影响,以便为临床的干预工作提供科学的参考依据。方法选取104例在鞍山市中心医院血液科接受治疗的再生障碍性贫血患者作为研究对象,时间为2017年4月至2018年11月,随机分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=52),对照组的患者选择常规护理干预,观察组配合优质护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组依从性为94.23%,对照组为76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.62%,对照组为26.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.15%,对照组为59.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对再生障碍性贫血患者进行干预的过程中应用优质护理服务加以指导,有助于提升患者的治疗依从性,降低不良反应对患者的影响提升整体满意的效果,并改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effects of quality care through aplastic anemia.Methods A total of 104 patients with aplastic anemia who were treated in the Department of Hematology of Anshan Central Hospital were selected as the research objects,and the period was from April 2017 to November 2018.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=52).Patients in the control group choose routine nursing intervention,and the observation group cooperates with high-quality nursing intervention.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the compliance of the observation group was 94.23%,and the control group was 76.92%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.62%,and the control group was 26.92%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s nursing satisfaction rate was 96.15%,and the control group was 59.62%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s quality of life score was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing services to guide the intervention of patients with aplastic anemia can help improve patients'treatment compliance,reduce the impact of adverse reactions on patients,improve overall satisfaction,and improve the quality of life of patients.
