脑血管病患者鼻饲护理体会

Nursing Experience of Nasal Feeding in Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease

目的探讨对脑血管病患者进行鼻饲时配合的有效护理方案,以便为临床干预工作提供参考依据。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年10月收治的脑血管病患者78例作为研究对象,将所有患者以随机分组的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对所有患者以鼻饲的方式留置胃管,对照组患者配合常规护理,观察组患者配合针对性护理,对两组的护理效果进行评价和比较。结果观察组血红蛋白、血清总蛋白、转铁蛋白、前清蛋白、白蛋白明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者家属对相关鼻饲护理知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑血管病患者进行鼻饲的过程中,为患者选择针对性的护理措施可促进患者相关营养指标的提升,同时能提高患者家属对相关鼻饲知识的掌握度。

Objective To investigate the effective nursing program for nasal feeding in patients with cerebrovascular disease,so as to provide a feasible reference for clinical intervention.Methods The patients selected in this study were patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018,78 patients were selected as the study subjects.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.For all patients,the gastric tube was indwelled by nasal feeding,the control group was combined with routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with targeted nursing,and to evaluate and compare the effects of the two groups.Results The observation group's hemoglobin,serum total protein,transferrin,prealbumin and albumin were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's family members had significantly better knowledge of nasal feeding care in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nasal feeding,the intervention of targeted nursing measures for patients with cerebrovascular disease can effectively promote the improvement of related nutritional indicators of patients,and also improve the knowledge of family members of related nasal feeding knowledge.
