综合护理配合瑞舒伐他汀治疗对冠心病伴高脂血症患者的干预效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing combined with Rosuvastatin Treatment on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Hyperlipidemia

目的研究冠心病合并高脂血症应用瑞舒伐他汀联合综合护理治疗的临床效果。方法选取于2018年3月至2019年5月收治的100例冠心病伴高脂血症患者为研究对象,并根据治疗方法将患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀联合综合护理;对照组患者采用单纯瑞舒伐他汀,观察患者的血脂指标情况、不良反应、满意率及依从性。结果结果可知,治疗前两组患者的血脂指标无明显差异(P>0.05);经一段时间的治疗后,患者的血脂指标差异明显,和治疗前相比均有显著改善,但观察组要明显优于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,观察组的不良反应发生率要显著低于对照组(P<0.05),满意率和依从性都明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病伴高脂血症患者采用综合护理配合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,能显著降低患者的血脂水平,提高临床治疗依从性和疗效,同时还能降低不良反应的发生概率,从而增加患者对此次治疗的满意程度,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of rosuvastatin combined with comprehensive nursing treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods From March 2018 to May 2019,100 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were collected for this experiment.In the experiment,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group according to the treatment method.The patients in the observation group were given rosuvastatin combined with comprehensive nursing care;the patients in the control group were given rosuvastatin alone to observe the patient's blood lipid index,adverse reactions,satisfaction rate and compliance.Results The results showed that there was no significant difference in blood lipid indexes between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);after a period of treatment,the blood lipid indexes of the patients were significantly different,and they were significantly improved compared to before treatment.However,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;in addition,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);both the satisfaction rate and compliance were significantly higher in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion From this we can know that comprehensive care combined with rosuvastatin for patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia can significantly reduce blood lipid levels,improve clinical treatment compliance and efficacy,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,thereby increasing the patient's degree of satisfaction with this treatment,so it is possible to carry out clinical care and drug treatment.
