针对性护理对化脓性阑尾炎患者术后切口感染的影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing on Postoperative Incision Infection of Suppurative Appendicitis

目的分析针对性护理对化脓性阑尾炎患者术后切口感染的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月本院收治的112例化脓性阑尾炎患者,在手术治疗之后采用随机分组法将患者分为两组,每组56例,对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用针对性护理干预,对比两组患者的感染发生率、切口愈合时间、住院时间以及生活质量。结果试验组患者感染发生率明显低于对照组,切口愈合时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对接受手术治疗的化脓性阑尾炎患者,采用针对性护理能够有效降低切口感染的风险,同时患者的切口愈合速度更快,住院时间更短,生活质量更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing on postoperative incision infection in patients with suppurative appendicitis.Methods From January 2019 to March 2020,112 patients with suppurative appendicitis admitted in our hospital were divided into two groups by random grouping after surgical treatment,56 cases in each group.The control group by routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group by targeted nursing intervention.The incidence of infection,incision healing time,hospital stay and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the time of incision healing and hospitalization were significantly shorter than the control group,and the quality of life score of the patients was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with suppurative appendicitis and receiving surgical treatment can be effectively treated with targeted care for the factors that lead to incision infection.After the implementation of the work,the incision infection rate of the patients decreased obviously,and the prevention effect was good.
