五常法对普外科护理工作效率的影响

Effect of"5S"Method on Nursing Efficiency in General Surgery Department

目的观察五常法对普外科护理工作效率的影响。方法选取本院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的普外科患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30,实施常规护理)和观察组(n=30,实施五常法护理)。观察两组护士的护理规范性得分(由护士长评分)、患者对护理工作效率的满意度、护理风险发生率。结果观察组护士护理规范性得分中,理论、操作、态度、风险预防得分高于对照组,观察组患者对护理工作效率的满意度中,心理、环境、沟通、基础护理评分高于对照组,观察组护理缺陷率(3.33%)明显低于对照组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。结论应用五常法对普外科患者进行护理,能够有效提升护士的护理工作效率,提高护理规范性,且能够减少护理风险,临床可根据患者的需求,将五常法应用到普外科护理中。

Objective To observe the effect of the“5S”method on nursing efficiency in general surgery.Methods A total of 60 general surgery patients admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,randomized control group(n=30,routine nursing)and observation group(n=30,"5S"method nursing).Observe the nursing normative scores of the two groups of nurses(scored by the head nurse),patients'satisfaction with nursing work efficiency,and the incidence of nursing risk.Results In the observation group’s nursing normative scores,the scores of theory,operation,attitude,and risk prevention were higher than those of the control group.In the observation group’s satisfaction with nursing work efficiency,the scores of psychology,environment,communication,and basic nursing were higher than those of the control group.The nursing defect rate of the group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the"5S"method to nursing patients in general surgery can effectively improve the nursing efficiency of nurses,improve the nursing standard,and reduce the nursing risk.According to the needs of patients,the five-regular can be treated clinically.The method is applied to general surgical nursing.
