Analysis of Common Safety Hazards and Nursing Effect in Otolaryngology Operation Room

目的探讨耳鼻喉科手术室常见安全隐患分析及护理效果。方法选择我院于2018年1月至2019年1月收治的78例耳鼻喉科手术室患者为研究对象,并随机分组。常规护理管理组(n=39)用常规耳鼻喉科手术室护理管理,在此基础上安全隐患管理组(n=39)采用安全隐患管理。比较两组满意度、焦虑量表自评分、抑郁量表自评分、生理激素去甲肾上腺素、血清皮质醇水平、手术室环境质量、手术器械管理质量、手术护理配合质量、患者安全管理质量及扁桃体术后出血、呼吸道阻塞等安全隐患发生率情况。结果安全隐患管理组满意度、手术室环境质量、手术器械管理质量、手术护理配合质量、患者安全管理质量高于常规护理管理组,安全隐患管理组患者的血清皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素、焦虑量表自评分、抑郁量表自评分、安全隐患发生率均较常规护理管理组低,均P<0.05。结论安全隐患管理应用于耳鼻喉科手术室患者效果理想,既可提高手术室整体护理管理质量,提升患者安全性,又能避免手术室潜在安全隐患事件的发生。

Objective To explore the analysis of common hidden dangers in the operating room of otolaryngology and nursing effect.Methods Seventyeight patients in the ENT operating room admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly grouped.The routine care management group(n=39)used routine ENT operating room care management,and on this basis,the safety hazard management group(n=39)adopted safety hazard management.Comparing the two groups of satisfaction,anxiety scale self-scoring,depression scale self-scoring,physiological hormone norepinephrine,serum cortisol level,operating room environmental quality,surgical instrument management quality,surgical nursing cooperation quality,patient safety management quality and the incidence of safety hazards such as tonsillectomy bleeding and respiratory obstruction.Result Satisfaction of the safety hazard management group,operating room environmental quality,surgical instrument management quality,surgical nursing coordination quality,and patient safety management quality were higher than those of the conventional nursing management group.In the safety risk management group,the serum cortisol,norepinephrine,anxiety scale self-score,depression scale self-score,and safety risk incidence were lower than those in the conventional nursing management group,all P<0.05.Conclusion The application of safety hazard management to patients in the ENT operating room has an ideal effect,which can not only improve the overall nursing management quality of the operating room,improve patient safety,but also avoid the occurrence of hidden safety incidents in the operating room.
