孕妇学校助产护理培训对促进产妇自然分娩的效果

Effect of Midwifery Nursing Training in School on Promoting Maternal Natural Childbirth

目的探讨分析孕妇学校助产护理培训对促进产妇自然分娩的应用效果。方法将2019年1月至2019年12月在我院进行孕检至分娩的孕妇列为观察对象,数字随机选择80例为观察组,给予定期产前检查同时行孕期教育培训;另外选择80作为对照组,仅给予定期产前检查。观察分析两组产妇分娩方式、产程时间、产后出血量以及分娩时疼痛程度。结果①两组孕妇分娩方式分析,观察组孕妇自然分娩68例,占比85.00%;对照组孕妇自然分娩39例,占比48.75%。组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=26.735,P<0.05)。产后出血发生率分析,观察组孕妇产后出血2例,占比2.50%;对照组产后出血7例,占比8.75%。组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=11.925,P<0.05)。②观察组第一产程、第二产程时间短于对照组(t=5.336,3.713,P<0.05)。③两组分娩时疼痛评分对比,观察组NRS评分低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(t=3.215,P=0.031)。结论孕妇学校助产护理培训对促进产妇自然分娩具有十分良好的效果。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of pregnant women's school midwifery nursing training on the promotion of natural childbirth.Methods The pregnant women who had undergone pregnancy test and delivery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were listed as observation objects,and 80 cases were randomly selected as the observation group.As a control group,80 were given only regular prenatal examinations.Observation and analysis of the delivery methods,duration of labor,postpartum hemorrhage and the degree of pain during delivery in the two groups.Results(1)Analysis of the delivery methods of the pregnant women in the two groups.In the observation group,68 women delivered naturally,accounting for 85.00%;in the control group,39 women delivered naturally,accounting for 48.75%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=26.735,P<0.05).Analysis of the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,2 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group,accounting for 2.50%;7 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in the control group,accounting for 8.75%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=11.925,P<0.05).(2)The analysis of the delivery time of pregnant women in vaginal delivery between the two groups.The first and second labors of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.336,3.713,P<0.05).(3)Comparison of pain scores during delivery between two groups.The NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(t=3.215,P=0.031).Conclusion The training of midwifery nursing in pregnant women school has a very good effect on promoting the natural delivery of women.
