摘要
基于社会资本的理论框架,通过问卷测量了376名全日制职业技术大学学生的社交能力、感知就业能力、资源获取及其求职学习目标导向,对其社交能力和感知就业能力的关系进行了实证研究。结果为:(1)职业技术大学学生的社交能力通过资源获取的方式,增强了其内部和外部感知就业能力;(2)职业技术大学学生的社交能力与资源获取呈正相关关系,求职学习目标导向在两者之间产生调节效应,导向程度越强,关系越强。
Based on the theoretical framework of social capital,376 full-time vocational and technical university students'social ability,perceived employability,resource acquisition and job-seeking learning goal orientation were measured by questionnaire,and the relationship between their social ability and perceived employability was empirically studied.The results are as follows:(1)social ability of vocational and technical university students enhances their internal and external perceived employability through resource acquisition;(2)there is a positive correlation between social ability and resource acquisition of vocational and technical university students,and job seeking learning goal orientation has a moderating effect between them.The relationship gets stronger in consistent with the degree of orientation.
