摘要 近年来,伴随我国汽车产业的迅速发展,生态环境污染日益严重。汽车涂装行业每年向大气中排放大量挥发性有机物(VOCs),如何大力削减VOCs排放水平成为汽车产业发展中亟需解决的一个重要问题。本文对汽车涂装行业VOCs的产生环节进行阐述,从更新涂料、优化创新技术体系角度着手,探讨汽车涂料行业VOCs的有效减排,希望可以为从业人员提供参考。 In recent years,with the rapid development of my country’s automobile industry,environmental pollution has become increasingly serious.The automobile coating industry emits a large amount of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)into the atmosphere every year.How to vigorously reduce the level of VOCs emissions has become an important issue that needs to be solved in the development of the automobile industry.This article describes the production links of VOCs in the automotive coating industry,starting from the perspective of updating coatings and optimizing the innovative technology system,and discussing ways to effectively reduce VOCs in the automotive coating industry,hoping to provide a reference for practitioners.
