挥发性有机化合物末端治理技术研究

摘要 本文在单一处理技术的基础上,详细介绍了吸附浓缩催化燃烧、凝结催化燃烧、吸附-凝结、吸附—光催化、低温等离子体—光催化等复合工艺的原理、工艺流程、研究现状以及发展前景。通过比较不同终端处理技术的优缺点,得出单一终端处理技术难以有效实现挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)减排,而一体化终端处理技术净化率高,投资成本低,能耗低,无二次污染,是目前研究的热点。其中,吸附浓缩—催化燃烧技术已经得到了广泛应用,其他一些新的组合技术尚待研究创新。本文提出了我国VOCs终端治理技术存在的主要问题及发展方向。 In this paper,based on the single treatment technology,the principle,process,research status and development prospect of the composite processes such as adsorption concentration catalytic combustion,condensation catalytic combustion,adsorptioncondensation,adsorption-photocatalysis,low temperature plasma photocatalysis are introduced in detail.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different terminal processing technologies,the author believes that a single terminal processing technology is difficult to effectively reduce volatile organic compounds(VOCs),while the integrated terminal processing technology has a high purification rate,low investment cost,low energy consumption,and no secondary pollution is a hot topic of current research.Among them,the adsorption concentration-catalytic combustion technology has been widely used,and some other new combined technologies are yet to be researched and innovative.This article puts forward the main problems and development directions of my country’s VOCs terminal treatment technology.
