我国典型城市药学基础研究实力分析

Competitiveness of Pharmaceutical Basic Research in Typical Cities of China

摘要 目的分析我国典型城市的药学基础研究实力。方法在Web of Science数据库中检索药学领域被科学引文索引(SCI)数据库收录的论文,基于论文数量、篇均被引频次、高被引论文数量及高产机构数量,比较全国国内生产总值(GDP)排名前15位城市的基础研究实力。结果2017年至2019年,我国学者在药学领域267种SCI期刊上共发表科技论文36953篇,高被引论文149篇(检索日期为2020年4月23日,含合作发文)。全国GDP排名前15位城市中,北京、上海、南京和广州的论文数量均超过3000篇,杭州、武汉、成都、天津、青岛、郑州和重庆发文量为1000~1999篇,深圳、苏州、无锡和宁波等城市发文量均不足1000篇;各城市的论文篇均被引频次为3.84~4.52,北京和上海的高被引论文较多,分别为22篇和18篇;发文量前50位机构主要集中在上海(6个)、广州(6个)、北京(5个)和南京(5个)。结论我国药学领域基础研究主要机构和研究成果集中在北京、上海、南京和广州,以北京和上海的高影响力成果最多;杭州、武汉、成都、天津、青岛、郑州和重庆等地也有一定规模的研究产出;而经济相对发达的深圳、苏州、无锡、宁波等地在药学领域缺乏实力较强的研究机构,产出较少。 Objective To analyze the competitiveness of pharmaceutical basic research in typical cities of China.Methods Pharmaceutical-related scientific papers included by science citation index(SCI)were retrieved from the Web of Science database.The basic research competitiveness of the cities with gross domestic product(GDP)ranking top 15 was compared based on the number of papers,the average citations per paper,the amount of highly-cited papers and the number of productive institutions.Results From 2017 to2019,Chinese scholars published 36953 scientific papers and 149 highly-cited papers on the 267 SCI journals in the pharmaceutical field(retrieval date:April 232020,including cooperative papers).Among the cities with GDP ranking top 15,Beijing,Shanghai,Nanjing and Guangzhou published more than 3000 papers,respectively,Hangzhou,Wuhan,Chengdu,Tianjin,Qingdao,Zhengzhou and Chongqing published 1000-1999 papers,respectively,Shenzhen,Suzhou,Wuxi and Ningbo published less than 1000 papers.The average citations per paper ranged from 3.84 to 4.52 for all the above-mentioned cities.Beijing(22 papers)and Shanghai(18 papers)had more highly-cited papers.Shanghai(6 institutions),Guangzhou(6 institutions),Beijing(5 institutions)and Nanjing(5 institutions)had more institutions with the number of papers ranking top 50.Conclusion In China,the productive institutions and basic research outputs in the pharmaceutical field are concentrated in Beijing,Shanghai,Nanjing and Guangzhou,of which Beijing and Shanghai have the most influential outputs.Hangzhou,Wuhan,Chengdu,Tianjin,Qingdao,Zhengzhou and Chongqing also have a certain scale of research output.However,Shenzhen,Suzhou,Wuxi and Ningbo and other cities with relatively developed economy lack productive research institutions and research output in the pharmaceutical field.
