摘要
无论采用空气燃烧还是稀氧燃烧技术,烟气降温措施都是其工艺烟气处理流程中的重要工段。在对兑风冷却、喷雾冷却器降温、余热锅炉降温、空气冷却器/换热器降温、水冷换热器降温等烟气降温措施进行介绍的基础上,探讨了工业应用中常见的降温措施组合形式,分析了几种组合形式适应的工况条件。
No matter air combustion or lean oxygen combustion technology is adopted,flue gas cooling measures are important sections in the process of flue gas treatment.On the basis of introduction of cooling measures such as air cooling,spray cooler cooling,waste heat boiler cooling,air cooler/heat exchanger cooling,water cooled heat exchanger cooling,etc.,the common form of cooling measures in industrial application is discussed,and several combined working conditions are analyzed.
