摘要
针对阴极板自动焊接尚无可靠实用的焊缝自动跟踪系统的问题,研制了一种基于结构光的阴极板焊缝自动跟踪系统。该系统以结构光作为光源,以CCD摄像头为传感器件,由工控机对获取的焊缝图像进行实时分析处理,计算得出的焊枪偏差值,反馈给伺服系统驱动执行机构从而实现焊缝自动跟踪。现场实际应用表明,系统实时性好,跟踪精度高,满足阴极板焊缝成型质量要求。
In order to solve the problem that there is no reliable and practical automatic seam tracking system for automatic cathode plate welding,an automatic seam tracking system for cathode plate based on structured light is developed.The system uses structured light as light source and CCD camera as sensor.The acquired seam image is analyzed and processed by industrial personal computer in real time.The calculated welding gun deviation value is fed back to the servo system drive actuator to realize automatic seam tracking.The practical application in the site shows that the system has good real-time performance and high tracking accuracy,which can meet the requirements of cathode plate weld formation.
