Cost control is an important part of engineering supervision and control.This paper introduces the main contents of construction supervision cost management,and analyzes the common problems occurred in engineering construction supervision cost management.As for these problems,the corresponding measures on cost management and control are put forward from the tendering/bidding stage,design stage,construction stage and completion&settlement stage.
