摘要
随着人工智能的广泛应用,我们将进入一个“后工作时代”。劳动意义的概念最近在哲学和其他学科中受到越来越多的关注。到目前为止,劳动领域日益增加的人工智能对人类劳动意义的影响很少受到关注。有学者主张人们有权获得有意义的劳动,因为从事有意义的劳动能带来更高的劳动满意度和更高的劳动幸福感。人类劳动的意义包括五个基本维度:追求人生目的、社会关系、技能锻炼与自我发展、自尊与认可、自主。人工智能进入劳动场所可能会削弱或增强人类劳动意义,也可能会造成一系列伦理挑战。劳动领域的人工智能对人类劳动意义的每一维度都有着双重影响,这些可以作为我们应该(或不应该)将人工智能应用到人类劳动领域的道德论证基础。
With the wide application of artificial intelligence,the world will welcome a post-work era.When the concept of work has recently received increasing attention in philosophy and other disciplines,little attention has been paid to the effect of growing AI on human work.Some scholars advocate that people should engage in meaningful work,because it can bring job satisfaction and happiness.The meaning of work includes five basic aspects:pursuit of life purpose,social relations,skill training and self-development,self-recognition and independence.The application of AI in the workplace may weaken or enhance the meaning of human work,and may also create a series of ethical challenges.AI has a double impact on each aspect of the significance of human work,which can serve as the basis for the moral argument on whether we should apply AI to our work or not.
