摘要
根据全机静力试验的数据分析,提出了一种以偏离度为指标的预警方法。利用试验预试的数据,在剔除无效数据后,对加载线性段的试验数据利用最小二乘法进行线性拟合,以拟合的线性回归方程作为基准方程,基于标准差定义偏离度。在试验过程中,测量数据与基准方程对应载荷情况时的数据之间的偏离超过偏离度时,进行预警。利用全机静力试验数据进行验证,证明该方法能够及时发现试验中的非线性数据,帮助试验人员做出决定,具有良好的工程应用价值。
According to the data analysis of the static test,an early warning method based on deviation degree is proposed.After eliminating the invalid data,the pretest data of loading linear section is fitted by using least square method.The fitted linear regression equation is used as datum equation,and the deviation degree is defined based on the standard deviation.During the test,an early warning will be given if the deviation between the measured data and the load data corresponding to the datum equation exceeds the deviation degree.The static test data is verified,and the test results show that the method can be used to discover the nonlinear data in the test in time,which can help the tester to make a decision,and has great engineering application value.
