基于HB6230实心铆钉模型的钉头划伤分析

摘要 基于HB6230实心铆钉建立了铆钉划伤模型及对应去除划伤的打磨模型,并设置了对照模型,采用ABAQUS软件对模型进行静力分析。结果表明:划伤深度与角度对划伤尖端附近区域均有较大影响;而在离划伤尖端较远的区域,划伤使得钉头轴线区域应力水平有所降低,且下降程度与划伤深度正相关,而与划伤角度无关;0.1mm深度的划伤在打磨处理后,铆钉钉头端部应力增幅小于10%。 Based on the HB6230 solid rivet,a rivet scratch model and a corresponding polishing model for removing scratches are established and a control model is set up.The model is statically analyzed by ABAQUS software.The results show that the scratch depth and angle have a greater impact on the area near the scratch tip,and in the area far from the scratch tip,the scratch reduces the stress level of the nail head axis area and the degree of the scratch depth is reduced.It is positively correlated and has nothing to do with the scratch angle.After a scratch with a depth of 0.1mm,the stress increase at the end of the rivet head is less than 10%.
