摘要
在飞机结构强度试验中,测力传感器通常需要利用协调加载控制系统的分路校准功能,来检验传感器的准确性。测力传感器及其线缆等问题可由分路校准误差体现。本文通过分路校准误差原理分析和总结试验线缆问题的经验,得到测力传感器常见问题与分路校准误差的关系。基于分路校准误差的测力传感器常见问题分析可快速确定问题来源,提高测力传感器常见问题的处理效率。
In the structural strength tests of aircraft,the accuracy of force sensors is verified by the shunt calibration method which is usually used in the coordinated loading control system.The shunt calibration error can reflect the problems of force sensors and cables.The shunt calibration error is analyzed and the problems of connection cables are summarized in the paper,then the relations between the common problems of force sensors and the shunt calibration error are obtained.The method can be used to confirm the fault resources,and improve the processing efficiency of common problems of force sensors.
