摘要
充压控制器是飞机气密强度试验的核心加载设备,其性能直接影响试验的加载效果。现有的充压控制器充气阀和放气阀都是固定不变的,控制原理简单直接,不能根据试验件体积的变化而变化,对个别体积较大或者较小的试验件加载误差较大,给气密强度试验带来很大风险。本文通过对充压控制器的工作过程进行仿真分析,提出一种充压控制分级控制方法,并研制了分级控制充压控制器,在试验中取得了良好的应用效果。
The charge controller is the core loading equipment of aircraft airtight strength test,and its performance directly affects the loading effect of the test.The charging valve and vent valve of the existing charge controller are fixed,and the control principle is simple and direct,which cannot be changed according to the change of the volume of the test piece.The loading error of test piece with large or small volume is very large,which brings serious risk to the airtightness strength test.In this paper,through the simulation analysis of the working process of the charge controller,a hierarchical control method of charge control is proposed,and a charge controller with hierarchical control is developed,which has achieved good application effect in the test.
