摘要 地下空间具有封闭狭小、采光先天不足、自然通风能力差等特点,重大活动现场地下空间主要面临着火灾、爆炸、生化及有毒气体袭击、水灾等安全风险。根据警卫工作实际,提出在全面部署与重点加强相结合的警力部署理念下,运用安全检查、重点部位管控、应急疏散演练等手段,分类化解重大活动现场地下空间安全风险的对策。 Underground space has the characteristics of closeness and narrowness,insufficient natural lighting and poor natural ventilation.And the underground space of the major vents venues faces such risks as fire,explosion,biochemical and toxic gas attack,flood.Combined with the actual work of security and protection,this paper proposes that the security risks of the underground space on the scene should be resolved by means of security inspection,key parts control and emergency evacuation drill,under the deployment concept of combing overall security with key parts security.
