摘要
突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,给各级医疗、疾控、公安和应急管理等部门带来较大挑战,如何做好一线人员防护物资保障工作是亟待认真思考并加以解决的重要问题。分析此次疫情期间铁路公安机关警务保障工作暴露出的问题及其制约因素,从完善警务模式、建立长效协同保障机制、设立应急警务保障工作专班、制定高效的应急保障方案等方面对突发疫情期间铁路公安机关应急警务保障工作模式进行探索。
The sudden outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 brings challenges to departments of medicine,disease control,police and emergency management.How to ensure the supply of the front line personnel’s protection material becomes an essential issue to be solved immediately.This article discusses the problems of logistic support of public security agencies exposed during the epidemic and the constraints of logistic support,and explores the working model of logistic support of public security agencies in emergency response.
