摘要
高校教师理论学习是以政治专题学习为主要内容、以集中学习为主要形式、以教职工为参与主体的学习形式,旨在坚定高校教师的中国特色社会主义信念。新时代“三全育人”格局对高校教师理论学习提出了更高的要求,传统的学习内容不能满足高校教师的发展需求。在“三全育人”格局下,高校教师理论学习的模式和机制亟须改进和创新,构建基于学习共同体的高校教师理论学习模式是增强高校教师理论学习实效性的一种尝试。
The theoretical learning of college teachers is a form of learning based on political topic learning as the main content,concentrated learning as the main form,and teaching staff as the main part,in order to strengthen the belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,the pattern of"three-dimensional education"puts forward higher requirements for the theoretical learning of college teachers,and traditional learning content cannot meet the needs and development of college teachers.Under the pattern of"three-dimensional education",the improvement and innovation in the theoretical learning model and learning mechanism of college teachers is needed urgently.The construction of a theoretical learning model for college teachers based on the learning community is an attempt to enhance the effectiveness of college teachers'theoretical learning.
