摘要
重庆工商职业学院积极探索基于产教融合的“三教”改革之路,通过校企互育共培打通“1环3阶”师资职业能力提升路径,在课程改革背景下,构建“底层共享、中层分立、高层互选”的专业群课程体系,基于工作过程开发活页式教材,以学习成果为导向组建梯度教学团队,采取多样灵活的教学方法。
Chongqing Technology and Business Institute is actively exploring the reform of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods based on production-education integration.Through school-enterprise cooperative education and cultivation,the"one loop and three stages"path to improve the professional ability of teachers is established;under the background of curriculum reform,the specialty group curriculum system for the bottom level,middle level and high level is constructed;based on the working process,page-based textbooks are compiled;guided by learning results,a stage-based teaching team is established and flexible teaching methods are adopted.
