该文以大学生心理健康教育课程中“自我意识”单元为研究对象,将新时代中国特色社会主义思想融入课程,论述了大学生为什么要认识自我以及怎样在社会实践中认识自我和提升自我。该文主张当代大学生应该积极投入建设中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中去,将个体的小我融入伟大事业中,以提升自我、超越自我。

This paper studies the unit"self-consciousness"in the course of"Psychological Health Education for College Students",draws"the thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new Era"in this unit,and discusses why college students should learn to know themselves and how they improve themselves.It is suggested that college students should throw themselves into the great career?of building socialism with Chinese characteristics to improve themselves.
