Taking the practice of the"Suzhou Museum's Small Volunteers of Civilization"project as an example,this paper explores the role and significance of student-volunteers for museums.The student-volunteer project is a win-win project.For the museum,a group of high-quality regular audience formed;for student-volunteers,they improved their comprehensive ability and humanistic quality,and practiced the spirit of volunteer service.
