摘要
经过半个多世纪的实践和研究,特别是近年来循证医学和精准医学的迅速发展,临床营养的理念获得不断更新、完善。目前,临床营养专家对营养不良的内涵、营养支持治疗的作用、肠外与肠内营养的选择、营养支持治疗的实施和管理等热点问题有了新认识。笔者认为:新观点、新理念将带来更多的实践、研究及技术进步,驱动临床营养朝着规范、精准的方向发展,更好地服务于人类健康事业。
Through the practice and researches in the past more than half a century,especially the rapid development of evidence-based medicine and precision medicine in recent years,the concepts of clinical nutrition have constantly been updated and improved.Currently,researchers have a new understanding on the connotation of malnutrition,the role of nutritional support therapy,the choice of parenteral and enteral nutrition,the implementation and management of nutritional support therapy and other hot issues in clinical nutrition.These new concepts will bring more practice,research and technological progress,drive clinical nutrition into standardized and precise direction,and ultimately better protect human health.
