感染性眼内炎的致病因素与临床治疗效果分析

Analysis of pathogenic factors and clinical effects of infectious endophthalmitis

目的分析感染性眼内炎的致病因素及临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析49例感染性眼内炎患者的临床资料,分析其致病因素,观察预后情况。结果49例患者致病因素中白内障手术占比最高,为32.65%;内源性因素占比次之,为16.33%。治疗后,患者视力情况优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前患者平均最佳矫正视力为(1.90±1.10),治疗后患者平均最佳矫正视力为(3.00±1.40);治疗后患者平均最佳矫正视力高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.325,P=0.000<0.05)。结论导致感染性眼内炎发生的两大因素为内眼手术与眼外伤,其中白内障手术因素最常见,针对感染性眼内炎严重程度采取相应治疗措施可有效改善其视力水平。

Objective To analyze the pathogenic factors and clinical effects of infectious endophthalmitis.Methods The clinical data of 49 patients with infective endophthalmitis were retrospectively analyzed,the pathogenic factors were analyzed,and the prognosis was observed.Results Cataract surgery accounted for the highest proportion of pathogenic factors in 49 patients as 32.65%,followed by endogenous factors,accounted for 16.33%.After treatment,the visual acuity of the patient was better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average best-corrected visual acuity was(1.90±1.10)before treatment and(3.00±1.40)after treatment;the average best-corrected visual acuity after treatment was higher than that before treatment(t=4.325,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion The two major factors leading to the occurrence of infectious endophthalmitis are intraocular surgery and ocular trauma,among which cataract surgery is the most common factor.Taking corresponding treatment measures for the severity of infectious endophthalmitis can effectively improve the patient’s visual acuity.
